It’s a common knowledge that we have to watch our cholesterol intakes on our food because we don’t want to be worrying g about gaining weight in the near future especially for me. If I gain more fats all my cloths will not fit definitely. My sister always tease me that all my blouse size can be seen in the children section and I have plenty of those size in my closet that if I gain a lot of fats I have to replace my whole closet as in all. So I listed some things to avoid cholesterol that maybe I could try.
1. Eat less meat or none at all, but I think I go with less meat.
2. Eat fewer eggs, well I can do that I’m not that in to eggs anyways.
3. Use less dairy products, ahhh okay.
4. Use only unsaturated vegetable fats, I keep that in mind. LOL
5. Use less oil or other fat, we use nonstick frying fan. hehe
6. Eat three regular meals each day and avoid between-meals snack, that I will try hard.
7. Eat unrefined food, okay.
8. Avoid alcohol drinks, I don’t drink since college.
9. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, copy.
10. Avoid drinking coffee or other caffeine drinks, I’ll try my husband love to drink coffee so I’ll try.
